Drake Reportedly Kicks Future Off His Tour Over Unflattering Interview Comments

Drake just wrapped up his long-running feud with Chris Brown a few weeks ago, but he's already embroiled in a new beef. The rapper has reportedly booted Future from his upcoming "Would You Like a Tour?" tour, which kicks off October 18 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvannia.

According to Page Six, Drake made the decision after reading comments Future had made to Billboard magazine associate editor Erika Ramirez. On October 4, Ramirez — who earlier in the day had hinted she'd "stir up a little trouble" with a story she was working on — tweeted a couple of quotes from Future's visit to the Billboard offices that apparently didn't sit well with Drake.

"I've been on the songs of all these rappers that put out an album, and my music is still better," Ramirez tweet-quoted Future as saying. Also, "Drake made an album that is full of hits but it doesn't grab you. They're not possessive; they don't make you feel the way I do."

Future, who stood to make about $40,000 per show on tour with Drake, is reportedly planning to file a lawsuit against the Canadian rapper for lost earnings. Neither rapper has officially offered comment.
