There is a serious impostor of Uti Nwachukwu on BBM and Facebook. This guy acts like he is Uti. No one knows his real identity yet, but he has been duping girls. He has been asking them to send their nude pictures and some cash for projects and even sometimes ask them to pay so that they could be used for good adverts and he has been getting positive response.
Immediately something goes wrong in their conversation, may be after sending some money to him or nude pics and he starts behaving funny, they come on social networks to start accusing the real Uti Nwachukwu for defrauding them. I guess one just happened and Uti and his friends are so bitter right now. They called on bloggers on twitter few mins ago, to also help in raising alarm about the fake Uti so that all these could stop. This is how girls get lured into rape or even killed, Uti said. Jay Z Announces First Cologne “Gold” Launching This Month

Jay Z is set to launch his first personal cologne fragrance, titled Gold. Here’s a first for Jay Z.

The rapper is looking to get into the fragrance business, and will be launching his very first cologne later in the month, on November 20th.

Hov’s new cologne, titled Gold, is one aspect of his partnership with Barneys, which recently came under fire when black customers at the New York flagship store were discriminated against.

Jay said he had to think things over thoroughly before making a decision to re-neg on the partnership, and the CEO of Barneys responded by offering an apology to Jay Z – it looks like the limited edition Holiday collection is happening as planned.

 

Kanye West Releases New G.O.O.D. Music Clothing Line

  G.O.O.D. Music fans can now wear their love for the label. Kanye West’s music collective now has a series of clothing items for the ultimate G.O.O.D. supporter. The G.O.O.D. Merch store is officially open for business with casual wear for both men and women. The black-and-white designs feature the G.O.O.D. logo on everything from $50 sweatpants to $34 socks (no leather sweats here).

“Let’s Hope ASUU Strike Ends Today” – Goodluck Jonathan

There have been indications that after today’s meeting between President Goodluck Jonathan and the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), the four month strike of the lecturers may finally end.

A closed-door meeting has started on Monday at 2:40 pm inside the First Lady Conference Room, Presidential Villa, Abuja.

It has in attendance the President, Vice President, Namadi Sambo; Minister of Finance, Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala; Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Pius Anyim; Supervising Minister of Education, Nyesom Wike; and Minister of Labour, Emeka Wogu among others.
The ASUU is presented by its Chairman, Dr. Nasir Isa Fagge, Prof. Abdulahi Sule-Kano, Prof. Dipo Fashina and Prof. Festus Iyayi, Prof. Suleiman Abdul, and Prof. Abdullahi Sule-Kano. President of the Nigeria Labour Congress, Abdulawahid Omar and that of the Trade Union Congress, Bobboi Kaigama, are also there.
Indication that the strike that is now into its 5th month may be resolved has emerged when the President stated, while shaking hands with Fagge:

“My president, I hope it will end today. Our children have suffered enough. We must find a solution.”

All those in attendance responded with a loud “amen.”
When greeting the NLC President, Abdulwahab Omar, Jonathan said:

“My president with you around today, there will be no problem, our agreement is signed, sealed and delivered.”

This is the first meeting between the lecturers and Jonathan since the beginning of the strike. The Presidency took over negotiations with the striking lecturers September 19, with the Vice-President Namadi Sambospearheading the FG side.
The lecturers were seen meeting among themselves in their bus during the break that has started at 6.30 pm. No details of there discussion have been yet made known.

16 Year Old Nigerian Listed Among World’s 50 Smartest Teenagers

Nigerian girl has made headlines when her name emerged in the ‘The World’s 50 Smartest Teenagers list’ at no 21. Saheela Ibraheem, who is passionate about many things, “especially” math and science, believes that if one is passionate about what they do, they will succeed.

A little over a year ago, the girl who was born to Nigerian parents in Edison, New Jersey, the US, has been accepted into Harvard University, becoming one of the youngest students ever to attend that school.

She had to choose from 13 other prestigious colleges, including MIT, the University of Pennsylvania, Cornell, Brown, Princeton, Columbia, and the University of Chicago, but eventually listened to her 7-year-old brother’s advice who also dreams of being admitted to Harvard.

Saheela says, at the age of only five she found out the key to success: knowing what you love to learn as early as possible.

Described by others as polite and humble, the girl says her very supportive Nigerian parents sometimes taught her subjects the schools didn’t offer. The teen is also interested in languages, and knows Yoruba, Arabic, Spanish, and Latin, in addition to English.

Offering a role model to her colleagues, Saheela, who dons a hijab, is also into sports, as she plays softball, soccer, and the trombone.

She also sings in the school choir and serves as president of the school’s investment club.
The promising girl plans to major in either neurobiology or neuroscience, and hopes to become a scientist in order to study how the brain works.

“I try my best in everything I do,” Saheela said, confirming that there is nothing special about her brain. ”Anyone who’s motivated can work wonders.”

Despite her activities, she names her family as her number one priority.

A source told The Sun newspaper: ''Taylor has told her she's married to her career and that he can't deal with dating Gaga the mega-star and all her obsessions and alter-egos.
''He loves the cool, down-to-earth girl but hardly gets to see her. Gaga never stops working -- she writes songs in the shower and dreams up new outfits in her sleep.
''She has a whole security team as well as several assistants with her at all times. Out of every month there's maybe just one night out of her and his crazy work schedules that they can be a couple.''
The 27-year-old singer has been struck with a string of bad luck this year after undergoing debilitating hip surgery in February, having life-long friends turn their backs on her, and losing her pet dog Alice last week.
However, as Gaga - real name Stefani Germanott - attempted to throw herself back into her work after the split, Taylor was photographed with his 'Chicago Fire' co-star Brittany Curran at a recent baseball game.
The source said: ''Maybe they'll work things out over Thanksgiving. Gaga's hoping to meet up with Taylor when their schedules allow to talk things through. Taylor told her they need time apart, and it's looking as if this might lead to a permanent split. He's been hanging out with other girls in Chicago and hasn't seen Gaga for weeks now.''

Asuu Chairman Hopeful of Ending Strike..

Dr Uzochukwu Onyebinama, chairman of the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) from the Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, in Abia, on Sunday expressed the hope that the five-month strike by the union would end soon.

Onyebinama, in a statement made available to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Umuahia, expressed the hope that Monday’s parley between the leadership of ASUU and the Federal Government would proffer solution to the impasse.
"As the national leadership of our union meets with President Goodluck Jonathan on Monday, we hope that the meeting will be a dialogue that will lead to a mutually acceptable fair and far reaching solution," he stated.
He, however, insisted that the solution should be within the context of the implementation of the 2009 agreement, the 2012 MOU and the recommendations of the Needs Assessment Report.
"Any proposal by government should be based on a clear acceptance of a framework for the implementation of the 2009 agreement.
"Any imposition will not present a solution to the current crisis,” Onyebinama said.
He asked the president "to be guided by the principle of honouring agreements in the interest of justice and industrial harmony in the country".
